【短片】SEMI：今年台灣半導體投資全球之冠

【蕭文康／台北報導】SEMICON Taiwan 2013（國際半導體展）即將開展，國際半導體設備材料產業協會（SEMI）指出，由於全球市場將持續穩步成長，半導體設備資本支出預估今年約與去年持平，約362.9億美元規模，2014年可望回升至439.8億美元，而台灣今年半導體設備與材料投資金額分別達104.3億美元及105.5億美元，均居全球之冠。

SEMI台灣區總裁曹世綸表示，台灣設備及材料投資居冠，讓台灣在全球半導體製造市場無可取代的地位，其中，DRAM產業在完成整併後，預估2014年記憶體產業的設備支出可望回升至120億美元以上。
