七條龍前東家　盜刻房東印章遭訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】七條龍燒肉前東家王冠傑(34歲)於2011年8月間，與高姓房東簽下位於北市中山區南京東路的房屋租約，後來公司整併，王冠傑卻在2011年底，未經房東同意偽刻房東印章，並偽造房東的同意書，向北市府登記公司設立，申請營業使用，還虛報租金支出及不實扣繳稅額款，遭房東提告。
 
北檢偵查後，認定王男盜刻房東印章，且虛報租金侵占扣繳稅款36萬元，今依偽造文書、《稅捐稽徵法》等罪，將王男起訴。
