OECD：全球經濟成長仍疲軟

（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎3日專電）經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）今天公布OECD國家短期展望報告指出，已開發國家經濟情況正在復甦，但新興國家經濟成長放緩，意味著全球經濟成長可能依然疲軟。

OECD表示，美國、日本和英國的經濟擴張令人鼓舞，歐元區整體也走出衰退，雖然在許多國家生產仍然低落。

然而，在一些主要的新興經濟體國家成長放緩，主要因素是近年來積累的高額債務，讓這些經濟體容易受到金融衝擊的影響。而近幾個月遭遇到金融市場動盪和資本大量外流，如印度和印尼就進一步拖累經濟成長。

OECD預測，中國大陸國內生產毛額（GDP）成長在2013年上半年放緩後，預計下半年將成長至8%。OECD並將大陸今年經濟成長率預測下修為7.4%，在此之前預測7.8%。

OECD將美國今年經濟成長率預測下修為1.7%，4月時預測1.9%。

OECD也指出，對抗高失業率應是各國政府重要的施政重點。在歐元區失業率達到12%左右，美國則達7.5%，都超出了經濟危機前的水準。1020903
