原是《大學生了沒》班底的張艾亞（小白），去年花了40萬削骨變臉，今年又瞞著82歲的老爸，拍攝全裸寫真集《搶手貨》，據媒體報導，都是因為慘遭阿Ken狠甩，要闖出名堂給對方瞧瞧的關係。

張艾亞出道5年總是被人嫌，先是暴牙馬臉遭恥笑，讓她決定削骨整型，但沒想到整了之後，卻又被譏笑沒了辨識度，氣到不惜打破老爸不准她寬衣解帶的規定，決定三點不露拍攝全裸寫真，還懇求親朋好友不要告訴很少看電視報紙的爸爸。

張艾亞透露去年整型時，老爸曾哭著對她說：「身體髮膚受之父母，我有把妳生得那麼醜嗎？」當時她也哭著跟老爸解釋：「爸爸把我生得很美，但仍不及演藝圈的標準，我不整型的話就不合格，會被淘汰！」她說媽媽有白俄羅斯的血統，從小皮膚白裡透紅，以前一直以為自己是大美女，沒想到一進演藝圈就被嘲笑，讓她始料未及。

不過拍寫真集之前還發生一個小插曲，她驚覺自己忘記做比基尼線除毛（私處除毛），就近去便宜的「家庭除毛」，邊除還邊掉淚，令人為她不捨，張艾亞為了讓大家「認」出她，真是犧牲很大。
