金溥聰返國 傳達美方對我態度不滿？

針對駐美代表金溥聰回台，外界揣測說這是返國傳達美方對我國處理中國大陸畫設東海防空識別區態度上的不滿，外交部發言人高安上午澄清表示，台美關係持續正面發展，馬總統上任以來採「低調、零意外」務實作法，台美雙邊溝通管道暢通，互信堅強。

高安說，對於中國大陸片面宣布劃設東海防空識別區（ADIZ）事，美方充分瞭解我方立場，也對馬總統去（101）年所提「東海和平倡議」，及對我政府呼籲相關各方以和平對話方式解決爭端之立場表示高度肯定；美國在台協會主席薄瑞光此次來訪也表達對我政府立場的高度肯定。

高安進一步說，金溥聰依外交部指示原已排定於12月初（6日）返國，主要是為台美相關專案及重要公務研商，因行程關係延至12月9日返抵國門，台美相關專案並非外傳的訪賓專案，而是行之有年的雙邊專案。
