山水米混充劣米 農委會今宣佈撤照

泉順山水米使用越南米冒充台灣米「前科累累」，農委會今下午將開記者會，宣布撤銷泉順的糧商登記證。若真撤照將是台灣60年來首個被撤照的糧商。

泉順山水米混米事件，先遭《蘋果》今年8月踢爆，山水佳長米用越南米冒充台灣米販售，被開罰20萬元後，泉順又在農委會擴大檢測時發現有2件被檢出用越南米混充台灣米、遭罰40萬元，引發社會各界撻伐，多名立委即要求農委會撤銷泉順糧商登記證，農委會主委陳保基答應2周內釐清泉順違規時間及情形後再決定。本周已達2周期限，農委會上午傳出撤照消息，並將於下午召開記者會，正式對外宣布。

農委會說，這是台灣60年首次撤銷糧商執照，撤的是泉順食品企業公司的執照，泉順在接到撤照通知後，須將通路上所有該公司出產的包裝米下架回收，不能再販售，但依據《糧食管理法》規定，泉順可於1年後重新提出申請。2013/12/11
