偽造商品條碼賣鮑魚　王世均判刑定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】名模洪曉蕾的老公王世均，因代理香港阿一鮑魚產品在台銷售，卻冒用前代理商傳神娛樂的商品條碼與產品保險字號，被最高法院依行使偽造文書罪，判拘役3個月，得易科罰金新台幣9萬元定讞。

知名的香港阿一鮑魚原由廣告才子范可欽開設的傳神娛樂公司（原名范售公司）代理來台，並在2008年與王世均合作，由范負責進貨，王負責電視購物等通路銷售，但同年底傳神娛樂和香港阿一鮑魚發生代理糾紛，王轉而直接向阿一鮑魚進貨，卻仍沿用傳神娛樂取得的商品條碼、產品保險字號。

智慧財產法院認為，王世均行使2項偽造文書的行為，不但影響商品條碼管理的正確性，也侵害了消費者權益，但考量實際產品仍是阿一鮑魚，不至於影響產品安全，因此判刑3月，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。另王世均被二審判決要賠償30萬元的民事部分，仍在最高法院審理中。
