柯羅莎轉中颱 發布強風特報

中央氣象局今天(31日)表示，今年第29號颱風「柯羅莎」轉成中度颱風，目前朝南海前進、直撲菲律賓，對台灣影響不大；但外圍雲系將在今、明兩天為北台灣帶來降雨，氣象局也同時提醒民眾注意強陣風。

氣象局指出，輕度颱風「柯羅莎」31日下午2時的中心位置在距離鵝鑾鼻東南方540公里的海面上，以每小時21公里的速度向西行進，近中心最大風速每秒33公尺，瞬間最大陣風每秒43公尺，7級風暴風半徑150公里，10級風暴風半徑50公里。

氣象局研判，「柯羅莎」撲向台灣的機率不大，但預估颱風外圍雲系今、明兩天將為北部及東半部地區帶來降雨。氣象預報員張承傳說：『(原音)預計今天晚間到明天這段時間大台北的山區以及宜蘭、花蓮會有機會出現局部性大雨或豪雨，新竹以南地區受到的影響相對偏小，不過由於水氣比較增多，因此在山區可能有零星的短暫陣雨。』

因颱風逐漸靠近，氣象局也發布陸上強風特報，台灣中部以北沿海空曠地區及各離島澎湖、綠島、蘭嶼將有12至14級的強陣風，各海域也有長浪接近，請民眾注意。
