組改影響 核四監委會開會不足

【記者謝錦慧台北報導】核能四廠安全監督委員會未依作業條例定期開會，行政院原子能委員會主委蔡春鴻31日表示，主要受組織改造案進程延宕影響，但核安把關絕對不受影響，預定12月再召開一次。

立法院教育及文化委員會31日邀請行政院原能會主任委員蔡春鴻及相關主管，報告並備詢「民國103年度施政計畫與主管收支預算案。

民進黨立委何欣純質詢指出，核能四廠安全監督委員會近兩年都編列新台幣35萬元預算，依作業條例需每3個月召開一次會議，但第6屆核能四廠安全監督委員會今年只在9月開一次會議，原能會執行率超低，嚴重失職，浪費公帑。

蔡春鴻表示，組織改造案進程延宕，核四安全監督委員會第5、6屆委員任期都不足兩年，加上委員是由各界人士推薦，聘任前的作業期中有空窗期，今年開會的次數不足。

蔡春鴻指出，核四安全監督委員會屬諮詢性質，核安把關絕對不受影響；委員會預定在12月再召開一次。2013/10/31
