衛福部公布37件脂肪酸比例可疑名單，新北衛生局共13件6家業者遭點名，新北衛生局表示抽驗其中一家「淡水永吉蔴油行」生產的2件油品，純黑麻油、純小麻香油，脂肪酸比例確定不符規定，業者經約談也已坦承添加大豆油。衛生局依照食品衛生管理法第15 條，將開立6萬以上1500萬以下罰鍰。
