監委：可檢討制度 但勿亂槍打鳥

監察院長王建?日前語出驚人，「監察院若不能伸張公平正義，關門會比較好」。十九位位監委今天發出聯合聲明譴責王建?羞辱監察院。

監委葉耀鵬表示，監察院有沒有功能，大家都可以感受到，監委默默做了很多事情；任何機關制度都有檢討的空間，但制度歸制度，「不要毫無目的亂槍打鳥」。
