台南監獄與看守所收軍囚71人

南部地方軍事法院今天共移送17件案件給台南地院、台南高分院，其中台南地院13件，涉案項目包括肇事逃逸、竊盜、偽造文書、妨害性自主等，其中最高職位的是一名涉及偽造文書的中校營長。第二階段將再移送40多件。

南檢則接收20件軍檢單位偵辦中的案子，台南監獄、台南看守所，共從軍監接收71人。
