標題[聘書] offer選擇

大家好~ 我是國立電機碩班畢，做的是RF電路設計，最近面試了幾家公司，目前有考慮的是HTC的天線設計和威鋒的IC設計兩家的起薪都差不多，但是威鋒似乎不用加班...比較有自己的時間因為是第一份工作，家中長輩都會希望去大公司(HTC)，可是學長卻認為做天線的以後出路較RF窄(?)，加上我沒有做過天線，不曉得到底能不能適應，很怕就這樣被定型，以後只能一直做天線，而威鋒雖然沒有HTC的規模，但是做得與我碩班學習的較相近，起碼可以有信心能夠適應工作內容... 這兩間不曉得該選哪一間好，拜託大家給我意見了>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.50.119
