廢監察院 立委：由制度著手

監察院長王建?拋出議題，指監察院應該關門，對此，民進黨立委大表贊成，提議刪減部門預算，讓監察院虛級化。

國民黨立委王惠美贊成廢除監察院，但她認為，刪除預算只是一時，畢竟非「長久之計」，若欲釜底抽薪，應由制度面著手，討論究竟要維持五權分立或改為三權分立？她表示，若朝野能達成共識，修憲也不是太困難。
