餐廳名稱：赤坂亭 消費時間：2013/8 地址：104台北市中山區民權東路二段10號 (捷運中山國小站旁) 電話：02 2571-0959 營業時間：17:30-2:30 每人平均價位：399+10% 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：牛五花 官網：(具購物功能之官網、店家臉書粉絲團帳號請勿附上，違者刪文不另通知) http://hypernova.pixnet.net/blog/post/155290601 赤坂亭有點像是西門的熊一，是吃到飽的複合式燒烤店，有火鍋、生魚片、燒肉， 但既然是燒肉店我們的菜色重心皆放在燒肉部分。 菜色，分燒烤肉品、火鍋料、生魚片(種類不多)、握手捲 1.火鍋:菜色普通，沒有過人之處，湯頭應該是調好的湯頭，喝起來普通沒有很特別 但有些店家加火鍋要多加錢赤坂亭無須額加購火鍋錢，但大部分人都吃燒肉為主， 火鍋反而是一種浪費。 2.生魚片:看起來好可愛，但生魚片吃起來有點太軟沒有鮮嫩彈牙的口感 (可能退冰技巧不好)，醬油和芥末非常平凡，沒有特別回甘的味道!! 3.握壽司:三種口味選擇，吃起來沒有特別之處(除了裡面放了些花生粉提味) 和坊間日本料理店差不多口感。 4.燒肉:眾多的肉品可供選擇，海鮮，牛，豬，雞，羊等，個人比較推牛小排， 羊肉有點油吃起來有些油膩。不推烤香腸系列，香腸香料很不對味!烤豬大腸 很好吃!牛五花也很不錯吃。 5.烤麻糬:這家店還請員工幫忙烤麻糬(可能怕烤壞掉吧!)，沾著甜蜜的煉乳好吃到升 天! 以價位來說還算是中規中矩的燒烤店，還沒有找到可以當招牌的菜色是需要努力的 地方! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.83.112
