馬總統：尊重司法 仍稱王金平院長

總統府發言人李佳霏表示，台北地方法院13日下午針對王金平具狀聲請「定暫時狀態」作出假處分的裁定，在暫時狀態未解除前，馬英九總統會在尊重司法的原則下，維持原來對王金平院長的稱呼，「這是符合暫時狀態的做法」。

李佳霏指出，馬總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。現階段總統和王院長的互動，是以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則。除了維持政府順利運作，例如行政院到立法院報告，以及部分具有憲政意義的活動，如總統府月會、國慶大會邀立法院長參與或主持的慣例外，其他的活動則會視情況做必要的調整，包括每週一舉行的五人小組會議將停開。
