本國銀行國家風險統計　Q2比Q1減少

中央銀行下午公布六月底本國銀行「國家風險統計」，本國銀行「跨國債權」總額為2263億9千萬美元，比上一季季末減少2.31%，主要是受到「信託資產大幅減少」的影響，央行研判和美國聯準會宣佈QE退場有關。

央行金檢處副處長蘇導民分析，信託資產受到海外基金贖回而出現減少，當時美國聯準會表示QE要退場，牽動了資金動向，蘇導民說：

「這部分可能是五月二十二號柏南克講ＱＥ退場，我想這個影響很大」。

至於本國銀行「跨國國際債權餘額」前十大國家，第二季的前三名依序是盧森堡、中國大陸和美國，與第一季的排名完全一樣。盧森堡是歐洲許多基金的登記處，排名第一不令人意外，但中國大陸從第一季開始躍升為第二名，蘇導民分析，可能是受到近兩年台資銀行獲准開設，投資與放款急速增加所導致。
