威名8折賣iPhone 5C　損蘋果形象

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】iPhone 5C將於20日正式上市，但已開始接受預購的零售龍頭威名百貨（Walmart）與美國電信業者T-Mobile都祭出打折促銷策略。業界人士指出，此舉不但傷害蘋果（Apple）的聲譽，也凸顯出蘋果議價的能力正在減弱。

iPhone 5C從周五起開始接受預購，但威名當天宣布，將以79美元的價格，出售綁約2年的iPhone 5C，較蘋果公布的99美元（2970元台幣）定價下調了20美元（600元台幣），等於是打8折出售。

品牌策略公司CultureRanch執行長波特諾（Eli Portnoy）批評，蘋果默許以降價，而非功能優勢，來與其他手機廠展開競爭，損害了蘋果的高檔品牌形象。
