美俄達成解決敘化武協議 法國歡迎

在美國與俄羅斯就解決敘利亞化學武器問題，於今天(14日)達成重要協議後，法國外交部長法畢斯(Laurent Fabius)立即對此表示歡迎，並指這項協議為摧毀敘國化武邁出重要一步。

法畢斯接著表示，16日在巴黎的敘利亞問題會談，將聚焦於敘利亞執行銷毀化武的問題上。

法畢斯在美俄宣布達成協議之前不久，曾經與美國國務卿凱瑞(John Kerry)通過電話，他向凱瑞表示，在聯合國調查人員對8月21日敘國首都大馬士革東郊的化武攻擊，公布調查結果後，法國將基於調查結果，表明在敘化武問題上的立場。

凱瑞今天與俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫(Sergei Lavrov)在日內瓦歷經3天會談，終於就廢除敘國化武事宜達成協議。
