中華電信宣布11月合併營收191.8億元，年增6.1%，稅前盈餘43.6億元，年減7.3%，稅後純益35.7億元，年減6.1%，，每股稅後純益0.46元。

中華電信表示，行動通信方面，因行動上網客戶持續成長，使行動加值營收成長39.8%，智慧型手機等銷量增加使銷貨收入成長46.9%，故雖行動語音業務因市場競爭及費率調降，營收減少8.5%，行動通信營收仍較去年同期增加15.4%。

此外，中華電信寬頻業務因4月起通傳會調降費率，營收較去年同期減少0.4%。HiNet上網營收持平。MOD因客戶數及套餐申請數較去年同期增加，相關營收成長33.9%。傳統固網業務方面，市內網路及長途網路因行動電話及VOIP取代，營收分別減少6.6%與3.9%。此外，資通訊專案營收較去年同期成長。
