江宜樺施政報告 綠營明將續杯葛

立法院明天續邀行政院長江宜樺施政報告，但民進黨團仍要求江揆應先對關說案期間對立法院「說三道四」道歉，才能上台報告。國民黨團書記長林德福說，根據立法院職權行使法，施政報告必須在9月底前完成，若在野黨持續杯葛，國民黨團主張直接進行總質詢，以書面報告取代口頭報告。

對此民進黨團幹事長高志鵬質疑，「直接進行總質詢、以書面報告取代口頭報告」到底是林德福個人意見、國民黨團意見、還是江宜樺的意見？狀況目前還不明朗。民進黨團將看明天朝野協商狀況，再開黨團大會進一步討論此事。
