【綜合報導】中國福建省福州市一名58歲男子，上周三(10日)與數名「牌友」到麻將館打麻將，期間突然尿急，但因當天他的手氣正順，連打幾圈一直贏，他擔心去上廁所會沖走「好手氣」，竟忍尿忍了兩個多小時。結果，當他終於上完廁所後，當場就昏倒在地。「牌友們」趕緊幫他叫了救護車，救護人員到場後，男子已清醒，經診斷他是因位長時間忍尿，引發「排尿性暈厥」。

醫生指出，若膀胱中的尿液積聚太多，又突然於短時間內迅速排空，會引起迷走神經過度興奮，導致血管擴張，心跳減慢；同時，突然用力排尿，也會引起胸腔內壓力增加，阻礙靜脈血液回流。這些因素綜合起來，都會導致患者回流心血量減少，引發暫時的腦缺血及暈厥。排尿性暈厥的患者以中老年男性居多，嚴重可以致死。
