大故宮計畫 進二階環評

環保署今天召開大故宮計畫環評專案初審，因有交通影響衝擊及土石流潛勢溪流威脅致有淹水疑慮，環評小組建議進二階環評。

行政院環境保護署今天下午召開大故宮計畫環境影響說明書專案小組初審會議，在沒有列席環團及民眾抗議監督下，環評小組歷經2個多小時的討論，仍認為此案有重大影響環境之虞，因此決議，建議此案進入較嚴謹的二階環評。
