奧運／索契冬奧　Sharapova將出任記者

Maria Sharapova將會參與2014年索契冬運，以記者和評論員的身份參與這場盛會。

Sharapova與索契也有點淵源，她6歲之前都住在那裡，這次會加入NBC的奧運報導行列，擔任記者與評論員。

除了名氣響亮，與索契的地緣關係，也是NBC找上Sharapova的原因之一，奧運轉播計畫的執行製作Jim Bell表示：「她6歲之前都住在那裡，將以一個獨特、個人的角度來分享她所見的一切。」

「參與奧運的經驗是特別的，與其他項目不同，索契是個有豐富的歷史文化之地，我很開心故鄉可以在世界各地的選手中佔有一席之地。」Sharapova在聲明中表示。

2014年冬季奧運在2月展開，這也是俄羅斯第一次舉辦冬季奧運。
