構裝材料規模逾245億美元

工研院產經中心預估，今年全球構裝材料市場規模可達二四五點○一億美元，預估到二○一五年全球構裝材料市場規模可到二五九點七一億美元。

工研院產業經濟與趨勢研究中心（IEK）表示，IC載板、連接線和導線架是構裝材料主要區塊，預估今年IC載板占構裝材料市場規模比重約百分之四十五，連接線占比百分之十七，導線架占比百分之十三。

從區域市場來看，IEK預估，台灣占今年全球構裝材料市場規模比重百分之二十四，中國占百分之十八，日本占百分之十三，南韓占百分之十二。

IEK表示，供應構裝用關鍵材料，除了IC載板台廠占百分之三十五外，其餘主要以日本為大宗，其次為德國。IEK指出，全球構裝市場持續成長，尤其以類比IC需求最多，其次是邏輯IC。
