（中央社記者王淑芬高雄2日電）高雄市舉辦2013亞太城市高峰會APCS，並鼓勵全球青年參與城市事務，構思創新創業模式，優勝創意可獲1萬美元圓夢金。

APCS9月9日至11日在高雄巨蛋舉行，為鼓勵全球青年參與城市事務，構思創新創業模式，高雄市舉辦「青年社會企業提案競賽（Young Social Entrepreneur Campaign，YSE）」，今天邀在地社團領袖發表初選入圍提案團隊。

主辦單位擇定在9月10日舉辦的APCS青年論壇進一步遴選出國內外各一名優勝隊伍，可獲得1萬美元的創業圓夢金。

YSE競賽委託「社團法人台灣志願服務國際交流協會」，廣邀各在地企業家與社團領袖共同舉辦，共有來自各國60件的參賽作品，經一連串評審，選出國內屏東縣地磨兒文化產業藝術協會－「體驗綠色產業廊道．慢活藝動時光」及台北愛樂活社會企業－「台灣農業讚」兩組入圍團隊。

國外團隊有來自澳洲、美國、菲律賓、新加坡、印度等團隊的作品；活動將於9月10日評選出兩個冠軍隊伍，各獲頒1萬美元競賽獎金。

副市長李永得表示，YSE是這次APCS首創的活動，目的在擴大吸引關注城市發展議題，並以實際行動投身創業的社會青年參加APCS會議，決選過程精彩可期。
