李姓男子2012年10月27日晚間，在中山高速公路14公里內湖路段，往北蛇行狂飆，20秒內時速由127.9公里衝到時速154.8公里，還在不到1分鐘變換車道7次，遭警方認定是危險駕駛，開罰1萬8000元。

李男辯稱，自己是開新車，車況還不熟，不可能高速蛇行，而且他變換車道時，都有打方向燈，提行政訴訟要求免罰。

台北地院認為，依據警方的蒐證測速光碟，李在42秒內，時速從111公里加到154公里，且7次變換車道，雖有打方向燈，但仍屬危險駕駛，判他敗訴；仍可上訴。
