前棒棒堂男孩小馬(本名簡翔棋)淡出演藝圈多年，日前卻驚傳因外遇，讓老婆葉翎涵憤而從9樓一躍而下，結束了短短24年的生命。不過相似的情節，竟巧合地出現在蔡淑臻去年演出的電視劇《親愛的，我想告訴你》中，讓觀眾也不禁驚嘆連連。

蔡淑臻在緯來自製戲劇《親愛的，我想告訴你》飾演富家千金尹雪霏，因為不堪老公梁正群劈腿強勢「小三」賴琳恩，一時情緒失控而選擇結束生命。老公外遇、強勢小三與墜樓情節也彷彿就是小馬妻子葉翎涵故事的翻版。

對於偶像劇宛如小馬事件的翻版，緯來方面也向《ETtoday東森新聞雲》澄清，蔡淑臻在劇中並非跳樓自殺，而是喝醉失足罪墜樓。不過，當時劇組拍攝這場墜樓戲，還特地借了高約20層樓的頂樓大廈拍攝，工程浩大。《親愛的，我想告訴你》將於30日晚間6點55分播出。
