（中央社台北6日電）中國大陸國家主席習近平今天在墨西哥參議院發表演說時表示，拉丁美洲發展得越好，對大陸就越好。大陸與拉丁美洲關係的發展，是開放、包容、合作、共贏的發展。

中新社報導，習近平當地時間5日中午在墨西哥參議院，發表題為「促進共同發展，共創美好未來」演說，提到上述內容。

這場演說也是習近平這次訪問拉丁美洲期間，唯一的正式演說，而他的妻子彭麗媛也陪同出席。

習近平說，拉丁美洲正迎接新一個發展黃金時期，「拉美發展得越好，對世界就越好，對中國也越好」。大陸與拉丁美洲關係的發展是「開放的發展、包容的發展、合作的發展、共贏的發展」。

他表示，一個更高水平的「中拉全面合作夥伴關係」，必將更有力地促進雙方共同發展，也有利於地區和世界和平、穩定、繁榮。
