戴爾19日證實黑石退出私有化競標

《MarketWatch》報導，戴爾電腦（ (US-DELL) ）周五證實私募基金公司黑石（Blackstone Group）決定不會加入對戴爾的私有化出價競標，理由是這項競標出現極不利的情況，包括戴爾 2013 年首季 PC 銷量減幅創新高。

此前已有媒體引述不願具名消息人士報導，指黑石終止對戴爾出價競標，而由戴爾電腦創辦人 Michael Dell 與私募股權公司 Silver Lake 結盟的收購財團成為勝算最高的買家。

黑石在今年 3 月中旬計劃以高於 Silver Lack 所提出每股 13.65 美元的價格，參與戴爾私有化下市競標，同時拉攏其它科技業者參與。

據悉，黑石上周在進一步了解公司內部狀況後，對戴爾前景產生疑慮，而調研機構 IDC 也在上周公布今年第一季全球個人電腦銷量數據，戴爾年減 13.9%，寫下有史以來最大降幅。

美東交易時間 19 日上午 10:20，戴爾股價下跌 3.4%，報 13.48 美元。
