傳聞多時的蘋果 (Apple) 塑膠材質平價 iPhone 智慧手機，至今只聞樓梯響；18 日終於在網路上流傳一張據稱是該機背蓋實照。且爆料網站還引述製造商消息證實，這款 iPhone 外殼將有 5 種顏色選擇。

傳聞多時的蘋果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) 塑膠材質平價 iPhone 智慧手機，至今只聞樓梯響；周四 (18 日) 終於在網路上流傳一張據稱是該機背蓋實照。且爆料網站還引述製造商消息證實，這款 iPhone 外殼將有 5 種顏色選擇。

英文科技消息部落格《Tactus》周四刊登一張據稱是蘋果低價版 iPhone 的實機白色背殼照，從外觀可見採用一體成形 PC (聚碳酸酯) 材質，看似蘋果之前推出的白色塑膠殼 MacBook 筆電外殼縮小版，同樣設計精美。上面也印有蘋果商標及 iPhone 標準字樣。

報導表示，該平價 iPhone 塑膠背殼本身厚度 0.4-0.6 毫米，整支手機厚度可能為 9 毫米、高 12 公分、寬 6.2-6.5 公分，意味比 iPhone 4/4S 更大。此外，這款背蓋整體平整，不像 iPhone 3G 那樣有弧度。

報導還指出，平價 iPhone 據稱將採用 32 奈米製程的 A5 處理器，與蘋果小尺寸平板電腦 iPad mini 相同；且螢幕據稱將為 3.5 吋，與 iPhone 4S 相同但比 iPhone 5 小。此外，該機還可能配備與 iPhone 4 一樣的 500 萬畫素相機。

報導進一步引述製造商消息表示，這款平價 iPhone 將有黑、白、紅、藍及黃等 5 種機殼顏色可選擇。該網站預言，該機將在今年 10 月 15 日上市，每支售價 300 美元或 229-249 英鎊。
