南韓官員：北韓無力全面開戰

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾2013年4月18日專電）南韓總統府高級幕僚、青瓦台國家安保室室長金章洙今天強調，至目前為止，尚未發現北韓欲發動全面戰爭的跡象，同時，據南韓研判，北韓也沒有這個能力。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」報導，金章洙今天出席國會運營委員會會議，就北韓發動全面戰爭的可能性，作了前述發言。

報導指出，金章洙說，要想發動全面戰爭，至少會在2、3個星期前出現各種徵兆，韓、美完全可以對此做出預測。但他同時表示，北韓完全有可能隨時發動局部戰爭，或是對南韓進行砲擊和網路攻擊等。

就北韓發射飛彈的可能性，金章洙表示，目前南韓預測北韓會從日本海向太平洋方向發射，且基本做好了發射「舞水端」、「飛毛腿」、「蘆洞」飛彈的準備。南韓雖然無法摧毀北韓的發射基地，但完全可以掌握飛彈發射方向。
