我在交易提醒的期限內, 點選了因故不買 (因為我發現更便宜的賣家) 但賣家回覆我負評, 請問, 交易提醒期限內點選因故不買, 會使賣家被扣手續費嗎? 負評看得我好刺眼啊!!!...
