新北查獲公車業者私設2個大油槽

民眾向媒體投訴公車業者違法的私設油槽，宛如一顆不定時的炸彈。新北市經濟發展局今（19）日晚間派員前往土城區青雲路434巷的公車總站稽查，當場查獲可容納10公秉的油槽2個，以及1萬1千公升的柴油。

經濟發展局表示，現場的車輛調度員面對稽查人員的詢問，供稱不清楚為何有油槽存在，已依「石油管理法」第18條及第40條的規定，處以新台幣100萬元的罰鍰，並立即沒入相關的設備與油品，並連夜將油品沒入運走，同時明日會派員拆除自用加儲油的設備。
