衛福部成立 大埔自救會抗議

以「健康又幸福」為願景的衛生福利部正式掛牌，但成立首日爆發衝突與流血」；馬英九總統在大埔自救會「官逼民反」的聲浪中，宣告成立42年的衛生署走入歷史。

衛生福利部的揭牌典禮中，場外抗議聲不斷，超過50名大埔自救會群眾高舉「官逼民反」、「土地正義」、「拆除強盜政府」等標語，與重重警力對峙，要求馬政府道歉認錯，將已拆除的苗栗大埔四戶地歸還原主。
