詳細圖文介紹篇http://gio714036.pixnet.net/blog/post/151093066 跟我一起熱血新台南http://www.facebook.com/hotainnan 在台南大學後門附近(五妃街)，有一小條的美食街，是以鐵皮為頂的店家，而在其中有一間豆腐花，是在美食街當中最有自己特色的一間店，這間店主要是販售豆花為主，豆漿為輔。這間店坐位不多空間也不大，而且也沒有冷氣喔!! 但是其實坐在裡面吃還挺涼爽的，當天是靠近中午時間去的，電風扇吹下去就好舒服了。這次點了我個人偏愛的紅豆豆花，這一碗一上來其實有點嚇到，因為份量挺大的!! 以一碗30塊來說，CP值算是相當不錯了~ 這間店的店家聽說是一群年輕人一起共同開的一間店，而豆花是主打以手工的古法下去製作，豆花吃起來口感真的相當不錯，進入口中的口感相當綿密，重點是還有散發出淡淡的豆香唷，真的很推薦! 而他們的紅豆吃起來是深得我心吶，紅豆熬到相當的軟嫩，與香綿的豆花搭配起來口味真的是很棒很棒，有我小時候在吃推車時代的安平豆花的口感，相當令我懷念的一個好味道，沒想到又嚐到了!!! 店家一共有五種口味的豆花，也有豆漿豆花喔~下次應該會點來吃看看，相信那豆味的香氣一定會更香濃，入喉的口感也一定更佳!! 這間不隱藏的小小隱藏版豆花，推薦給大家去試試看!! 相信吃過你會給他按個讚啦!! 店家名稱：豆腐花粉絲專頁：豆腐花消費時間：2013年6月地址：台南市中西區五妃街115號斜對面(台南大學後門) 電話：0937-147480 營業時間：11點~ 21點公休日：星期天 -- 熱血新台南 (一起吃喝玩樂在台南) http://www.facebook.com/hotainnan -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.147.177 ※ gio72525:轉錄至看板 Food 06/30 01:19
