餐廳名稱：磐石坊 消費時間：2013年/4月 地址：台北市大安區樂利路15號1樓 電話：02-2732-5048 圖文版：http://blog.2fallingleaves.com/2013/06/blog-post_28.html 之前在臉書上看到朋友在講這家店的印尼料理，找了一天就跑來試試。地點很好找，從樂 利路走進來一小段路就會看到了，而且就在 北村家 的旁邊。 磐石坊還有麝香貓咖啡。從菜單可以看到價位不算高。 特別點的黃薑飯，米飯煮得略帶點硬度，很好吃，且價位也不高。 高麗菜。 今天最推的就是這道巴東牛肉，充滿香料風味的醬汁，帶點甜辣，但味道並不刺激，牛肉 應該是牛腱肉，也就是帶點筋的那種，非常軟嫩，配上醬汁後真的超下飯的，讓我一口接 一口。 蜂巢爪哇炸雞就有點普通了，雖然份量不少，但我覺得炸得有點乾，雖然好吃，但和巴東 牛肉相比，就真的很普通了，上面那個蜂巢就是酥酥脆脆的東西，感覺即使沒加這個也沒 什麼差別。 最後混在一起來一盤吧。 我還滿喜歡磐石坊的口味，可惜的是這次因為人不夠多所以只點了這幾道菜，下次來試試 他的串烤吧。 -- 愛吃..喜歡吃.. 總是神遊在日本街頭 兩片葉的落葉 http://2fallingleaves.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.224.234
