台南‧中西區 小香港茶餐廳 since 2013, Jun 網誌 ：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/97290928 地址：台南市中西區康樂街140號 GPS：120.10.56 22.59.34 營業時間：14:00-23:00 電話：06-2225516 消費時間：2013.06 價目表：網誌有 臉書：小香港茶餐廳 在康樂街、正興街交叉口附近，最近開了間小香港茶餐廳 目前為試賣期，營業時間是下午兩點到晚上11點。 經營者有香港人，廚房在後方，店內也有類似香港會有的相接式高背座位， 也有一般座位，牆上則是香港維多利亞港邊的大幅輸出風景照， 桌子則以香港地標為名。 餐點有港式小點、粉麵、腸粉、盅飯、多士及飲品這幾類， 個人覺得如果麵包、糕餅、飲料類能再多一些品項的話會更符合茶餐廳的性質。 看了一下後點了冰火菠蘿油、金牌蝦餃皇及檸檬利賓納， 冰火菠蘿油的烤箱就在旁邊，剛烤出爐很香酥好吃，裡面夾了片冰奶油; 鹹水角、金牌蝦餃皇個人覺得口感尚可，只是目前在試賣期上桌時間較慢些。 檸檬利賓納，香港多簡稱檸賓，主要是把檸檬片投進一杯利賓納中， 據維基百科資料顯示，利賓納是葛蘭素史克公司旗下的一種飲料， 成份為黑加侖汁、蔗糖水、檸檬酸和山梨酸鉀， 服務生端了飲料上桌後還教我們說要把底部的檸檬片跟飲料用吸管攪勻再吸飲。 傻發腸粉 http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/46797606 小香港茶餐廳 http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/97290928 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.171.73
