首例H6N1感染 恐為雞蛋惹禍

針對台灣、也是全世界第一例禽流感H6N1感染確定個案，長庚大學新興病毒研究中心主任施信如研判，感染病患在早餐店工作，每天接觸從養雞場送來的雞蛋，而雞蛋上又沾上病毒，在抵抗力較差的情況下，即遭感染。

國內禽流感專家施信如建議，在購買及烹調雞蛋時，最好選用水洗蛋，如果是未經處理過的雞蛋，最好戴上手套，以減少被禽流感病毒感染的可能性。
