奢侈稅2年課76億　比預期少一半

2間房間打通，連接客廳和餐廳，全家人休閒空間變得更大了，這種60坪左右的房型，建商半年就賣出9成，台中的住宅空屋率26%，高居全國之冠，空屋主要集中在豪宅區七期，有建商罕見地將房型全部修正到100坪以下，結果3個月賣掉7成。

住商不動產店長陳俊雄：「總價在2、3千萬，市場來講，還是有些專門技術人員、師字輩或是中小企業主，他們應該還能夠接受。」

房仲業務員說，因為奢侈稅和實價登錄效應，台中的豪宅不像過去動輒100多坪，現在70-80坪反而好賣，投資客想盡辦法避稅，政府究竟課到多少奢侈稅？根據財政部統計，奢侈稅上路2年一共收到76億9千多萬，比起部長一開始預計的150億，少了一半。陳俊雄：「(這段期間)比去年同時段增加20%成交量。」

過了5月4日，奢侈稅實施滿2年，房仲業務員說，5月的房市明顯回溫，因為買房超過2年再轉手就不課奢侈稅，預計未來幾個月可能會有一波拋售潮。
