拓銷出口 經濟部：全年成長目標5.5%

行政院會聽取經濟部針對「102年加強拓銷策略與做法」提出報告，經濟部表示，推動出口是政府現階段的首要工作，雖然今年前4個月的出口成長只有1.3%，不過經濟部還是有信心可以達到全年成長5.5%的目標。

國貿局副局長江文若表示，出口表現不佳，主因在於台灣的出口產品和市場集中、主要出口市場需求不足、國際大廠銷量趨緩影響到台灣資通訊產品的出口，以及各國要求提高自製率等因素。

江文若指出，接下來將整合經濟部和貿協等單位的資源，推出11項加碼拓銷作法，包括動員外館爭取訂單、開發穆斯林市場等等。目標是經濟部邀請313家買主、貿協邀請1425家買主來台採購。

閣揆江宜樺表示，國際主要市場需求不振對於出口造成衝擊，廠商更需要政府的協助。他指出，「加強出口拓銷策略與作法」是短期措施；長期而言，還有加速ECFA談判等多項議題需要相關部會落實辦理，以強化我國整體出口競爭力與經濟實力。
