富士康母公司鴻海從微軟獲得 Android 及 Chrome 設備相關專利授權

Android 設備在這兩年出貨量猛增，但是別忘了後面還藏著一個專門收取專費用的大佬，那就是微軟。如果你有印象的話，微軟已經在 Android 專利授權費上贏得了多起官司，LG、和碩、Sharp 等都已經臣服，而 Barnes & Noble 及 Google 旗下的摩托羅拉依然選擇對抗。

在早前，微軟在指控 B&N 的同時，也把富士康（後者協助生產 Nook 電子閱讀裝置）告上法庭。這次，富士康選擇了向微軟妥協。根據最新的消息，微軟和富士康的母公司鴻海簽署了全球專利授權協議，這就意味著可以在微軟的專利組合條件下，生產和製造運行 Android 和 Chrome OS 的設備，包括智慧手機，平板電腦以及電視機。這個協議的條款是保密的，微軟會收取來自鴻海的特許使用費，具體金額不得而知。這件事情再度告訴我們，在科技領域，專利是股不可忽視的力量。
