不能看PPS 也不能連遊戲伺服器~~ 救救我

我在外面租屋 網路一直都很順
一個月前
突然我遊戲不能連了 連PPS也不能看了

跟房東問了好幾次 他說沒有去動過IP分享器 也沒有動過頻寬分享器
他說頻寬分享器 有防毒功能 可能我電腦中毒被擋

後來我用了還原原廠設定 又格式化了D槽 掃毒也都沒有病毒
還是不能玩GAME 跟開PPS阿~~

救救我阿 = = 到底要怎麼樣解決 !!
