我在奇魔拍賣買東西，對方的設定是設定競標，我在出價之後對方沒有幫我結標，但是對方有留下匯款資料，要求我先付款給予資料讓他建檔，付款後隔天就會馬上出貨，對方是這樣說的，但是我在付款完成後也在問與答給予我的個人資料，隔天還是沒有收到貨，我再次上網看才發現，對方根本沒有幫我結標就要求我付款，後來我也沒有辦法以評價的方式給予負評，而且他也把我之前跟他的問與答全部刪除了，我再次問他是已經匯款何時出貨?他依舊沒有回覆。

請位各位大大，我這樣算被騙嗎?
因為這位賣家完全沒有負評也是安心賣家，只是評價只有200多，沒有算很多，沒且沒有負評有可能是像我的情形一樣，就是沒幫買家結標導致買家也無法給予他負評，現在請問各位大大該怎麼處理，我是否要再等他一天的時間看看有沒有收到貨?還是我要直接申訴他?
