特易購退出美 代價18億美元

（中央社台北2013年4月17日電）英國最大零售商─特易購公司（Tesco Plc GB-TSCO）表示，將退出美國市場，且已花12億英鎊（18.4億美元）來結束Fresh &Easy超市事業。

特易購今天在聲明中表示，2月23日止這52週內所謂的交易獲利達34.5億英鎊，優於彭博訪調的12位分析師預估中值34億英鎊。

執行長克拉克（Philip Clarke）去年付出約4000萬英鎊的代價離開日本市場後，這次是多年來第2度退出國際市場。特易購在重要的國內市場要維持高市占率正面臨困難。英國占特易購總獲利2/3左右的比重。

特易購自2007年創辦Fresh & Easy超市事業後，在美國投資達約10億英鎊，希望用社區型小型商店打入以大型超市為主的美國市場。Fresh & Easy將自己定位為販售價格親民的商品、健康食品和卓越自創品牌的超市。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
