攤商若自製小鴨 霍夫曼將提前終止展期

基隆黃色小鴨波折不斷，近日才剛修復完畢重新展出，又傳出基隆展區的攤商擬自製小鴨吸引人潮，引發原創者霍夫曼不滿，考慮提前終止基隆小鴨的展期。對此，展覽發起人黃景泰今(6)日表示，會對基隆港務公司及招商單位發出律師函，來主張霍夫曼的創作權益。

黃色小鴨在基隆的展覽多災多難，但是觀賞人潮似乎不如預期，因此傳出展區攤商有意製作另一個小鴨放至展區，以吸引民眾的注意。不過，霍夫曼認為攤商的行為已侵犯到他的權益，黃景泰指出，昨天已與霍夫曼聯繫，霍夫曼強調，若攤商執意自製小鴨放在展區，會考慮提前終止基隆黃色小鴨的展期。

為了維護原創者的權益，黃景泰說，他已緊急聯繫基隆港務公司要求制止攤商侵權行為，今天也會發出律師函，主張尊重原創者的創作。他還說，希望攤商多點耐心，也希望基隆港務公司能負起監督的責任。
