烏干達：剛果與M23叛軍將繼續談判

烏干達政府發言人歐朋多(Ofwono Opondo)今天(12日)表示，剛果民主共和國(DR Congo)和叛軍「3月23日行動」(March 23 Movement，M23)，將會繼續進行和平談判。

歐朋多是在剛果政府和M23未能在10日如期簽署和平協議，而就剛果和平前景發表談話。

他說：「剛果政府及M23雙方代表，現在都還在烏干達，雙方的談判還未正式結束。」

剛果政府與M23叛軍未能如先前約定，在10日簽署和平協議，對國際社會努力恢復剛果國內穩定，不啻是一記重大打擊。

根據了解，剛果政府與M23叛軍雙方代表，10日未能簽署和平協議的原因，主要是剛果政府方面要求更動協議內容。不過，儘管未能簽署協議，剛果外交部長楚伊班達(Raymond Tshibanda)仍表示，剛果政府將持續尋求國內和平。

烏干達長期以來扮演剛果政府和M23叛軍的調解角色，烏國政府希望雙方和談繼續下去，但並未說明何時可望簽署和平協議。
