洪慈綪：可自掏腰包援菲 但須透明化

菲律賓遭海燕颱風侵襲，造成超過萬人死傷的悲劇。廣大興28號漁船受難家屬洪慈綪今天表示，基於人道考量，她絕對贊成援助菲律賓受災人民，甚至也打算「以德報怨」，自掏腰包幫忙。

但洪慈綪也強調，菲律賓國家「貪汙嚴重」，很怕金錢的援助無法真正發給有需要的災民，應該審慎評估。但若是民生物資，就較無這方面的疑慮，只要有民間發起勸募物資，她就會響應，但需透明化。
