OECD：日美英減債最艱辛

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】OECD（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development，經濟合作暨發展組織）在最新報告中指出，在所有需要削減債務的國家中，以日本、美國與英國所面臨的難度最大。

OECD的報告顯示，在34個成員國中，若要在2060年前把政府債務佔GDP（Gross Domestic Product，國內生產毛額）的比重降至60%，日本、美國與英國需要實施的削減開支與增稅規模最大。但相關措施將對經濟成長與收入均衡造成負面影響。如何在促進均衡發展之際，又要避免損害長期成長前景，將讓這3國面臨艱辛挑戰。

OECD的報告也指出，部分成員國無需實施額外的財政整頓，其中包括丹麥、愛沙尼亞、德國、南韓、挪威和瑞士。
