葉小妹案判決 綠委批未還家屬公道

【顏振凱／台北報導】雲林國二葉姓少女遭累犯林國政性侵殺害，一、二審法官都判林國政死刑，但最高法院昨改判林無期徒刑，民進黨立委劉建國、田秋堇與白玫瑰社會關懷協會理事長EVA上午舉行記者會表示不滿，現場也播放葉小妹雙親錄音帶，葉父質疑，判決書上說，林國政想來跟葉小妹上香道歉，但他根本不知到有這件事。葉母也泣訴無法平息傷痛，擔心不判死刑，林又出來害人。

劉建國表示，法官片面相信林國政有悔意，但家屬卻表示林國政從未表示要跟他們道歉，「有悔意」卻成為法官量刑標準。這樣的判決根本沒有還給家屬公平正義。EVA也轟司法鞭屍葉小妹，她對家屬很抱歉。
